Customer must have a valid driving licence and government-issued photo ID. Both documents must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup. We reserve the right to refuse booking if documents are not valid or verifiable.

Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition as received. Late returns will attract additional rental charges as per our rate card. Kindly inform us in advance if there is any change in your return schedule.

Drive responsibly at all times. The following are strictly prohibited: drunk driving, overspeeding, reckless driving, off-road usage, racing, or transferring the vehicle to an unauthorised driver. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental and full forfeiture of the security deposit.

The vehicle will be provided with a specific fuel level at pickup. You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level. A fuel top-up charge will be deducted from the deposit if the fuel level is lower upon return.

The customer is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs due to negligence, misuse, or accidents during the rental period. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Any amount exceeding the deposit will be charged separately.

The customer is solely responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period. Any challans or fines issued by authorities will be passed on to the customer in full.

Cancellation charges apply as per DriveMyCarz policy at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or modify your booking. Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking amount.

Smoking and littering inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned in an unclean condition, a cleaning charge of up to ₹500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
